What is your availability?
We have many thousands of chair covers in stock so can accommodate more than event at any one time however it is advisable to book as soon as you can.
Can I book in advance for 2011?
Yes – We can taking bookings for 2012, bookings confirmed in 2011 for 2011 will be at the 2011 price!
Which colours do you have in stock?
Covers: White, Cream and Black. In loose fit and nine colours in the more up to date Stretch covers whick look stunning
Swags:s ashes – White, Ivory, Lilac, Baby pink, Baby Blue, Chocolate, Gold, Light Blue, Burgundy, Silver, Red, Green, Black... More colours than you can think of are in stock ready for your wedding , so if your choice of colour is not on the listed please contact us, we will see if it is available!
What size chair covers do you supply?
Our loose covers fit the common round top and square top banquet chair design, the square top banquet chair and the Cheltenham gilt chair. These are the designs most venues use. If possible we would like a digital photo of the chairs to make sure they are the correct cover for the chair.

To accept the quote and make a firm booking you pay £100 booking deposit. E-

Can I order a sample?
Samples are sent by post on request, a caution deposit of min. £40.00 is required. The caution deposit is held until the safe return of the samples. Samples not returned after 14 days will be charged to the deposit.
How much is delivery?
Minimum delivery charge is £20.00, UK Mainland courier delivery is £45.00 (ex. VAT)
When will delivery and collection be?
Delivery will be to the delivery address you have given us, 1 or 2 days before your event date and collection will be the next working day after your event.
Do you set up?
Fitting Service is available within 40 miles of Oxford. The charge is £0.75 per chair (minimum order of 100 chairs). However from experience it takes 2 people who have never done this before about an hour to fit 100 chair covers & tie 100 bows. Most venues are happy to put the chair covers on however it is advisable to ask them first.
When is the balance payment expected?
8 weeks before the event date.
What is considered as damage?
Minor food & drink stains on the cover and minor shoe damage round the bottom of the chair covers is acceptable and will not be charged for, however more serious marking such as candle wax, crayon, marker pens, footprints on the seat, burns and rips or if the cover has been dragged along the floor/outside will be considered as damage and a replacement charge will be required.
When do we need to return the covers?
We usually book the courier to pick up the chair covers on the next working day after the event as stated in our terms and conditions unless this has been discussed prior to hiring the chair covers. All pick up failures will be charged for. If you have picked up the chair covers yourself we will want them back on the next working day so they can be laundered in time for the next event.
